1. Folly Of Youth
In her Istanbul townhouse, Betsy Cohen awakes to enjoy her first cigarette of the morning.
2. Passports Ready
Now at a British airport, where the British man is seeing off his flatmate, the British Woman, who is about to board a plane.
3. I See You Through The Window // Soaring
The British Woman is on her way to Turkey. The British Man is mooning her departure. During the 'soaring' section, she begins to fantasize the meeting she is expecting with her Turkish lover.
5. Out Of The Horse's Mouth
At the mirror, Betsy prepares herself for the day, playfully lamenting the passing of her youth. She awakens her husband on the final high note.
6. Argument
She tries to seduce her sleepy husband, but he isn't interested; he is distracted by the imminent arrival of his lover.
7. Only Human
In an Istanbul airport, awaiting the arrival of the British Woman, Ohad compares the two women in his life.

8. If It All Goes Wrong
The British Woman and the Turk look for each other at the airport.
9. Sixteen Bars Out Of The Horse's Mouth
The Turk and the British Woman bump into each other.
10. Angel Delight
Back in England, the her flatmate realises that he isn't gay, but in fact in love with the British Woman. He resolves to follow her to Turkey to declare his love.
11. Allegory
An abstract piece, in which the four characters discuss their relationships to each other.
12. Briturkey
The British Man makes his way to Turkey.

13. Can We Go Dancing? // My Heart Bleeds
On the banks of a river, the Turk and the British Woman are enjoying a randy picnic on the banks of a river. The British Woman brings up the topic of marriage.
14. Do You Remember?
Ohad distracts her by reminiscing of their previous meetings.
15. Believe
Peeking from behind the bushes, the Brit spies the woman he loves, kissing the Turk! At the same time, Betsy Cohen is alerted to his affair when reading the tarot cards.
16. Who The Hell Are You?
The Turkish Man spots the British Man hiding behind the bushes and they confront each other. Ohad goads the Brit into a rage.
17. The Murder
Incensed, the British man grabs the knife from the picnic basket and stabs the Turk!
18. Turkish Delight
Left all on her own holding the dead body of the man she loves, lost in a foreign country with no home to go back to and a murderer, wild with rage, potentially still in the vicinity, the British woman mourns the Turk.
Act II

20. The Letter
It's Betsy's birthday. She receives a letter detailing her husbands death and confirming his affair. She is distraught and livid.
21. Going Potty
Searching for her funeral hat, she calms down to feel sorry for herself.
22. Infinite Sadness
Betsy and her husbands mistress both prepare for his funeral.
23/24. Good Man, Kaddish
The Rabbi leads the funeral service.
25/26. Over You, Jeremiad
The British woman pays her final respects,

27. You Think I'm Stupid
Betsy spies a mysterious foreign woman mourning her husband, and putting two and two together, she confronts her. The Rabbi steps in to tear them apart. Betsy storms out from the service.
28. The Trial
The British man is sentenced in court. Betsy bribes the judge, and the Brit is sentenced to life's imprisonment.
29. Feeling So Sorry For Myself (Added after these recordings were made)
Betsy, exhausted, arrives home from the trial and begins to cry. She picks up their wedding photo and hurls it against the wall, bursting into tears.
30. Then It All Stopped
She stops crying, and, blaming the British woman for the situation, she resolves to kill her. She toys between murderous methods before deciding to poison her.
31. The Drug Deal
Betsy surreptitiously buys the poison and heads off to the British woman's hotel bar.
32. The Poisoning
Betsy bribes the waiters to spike the British woman's drink with the poison. (The actors playing the Turk and the Brit are playing the waiters)
33. Wife's Doubt
Although with a shadow of doubt, gloatingly, she taunts the inebriated British woman.
34. Insult To Injury
Regaining consciousness and lucidity, the British woman laments her situation.
35. Inside My Dreams
Now hallucinating vividly, the British woman renounces her mind and passes over to the next world.
36. Through The Years
Betsy Cohen arrives back home. She spends the next few decades obsessing over the past, the grief of loosing her husband, and the guilt of killing his mistress and bribing the judge at his murderers funeral. In part two of the song, she pickles into a sour and bitter old crone.
37. Another Day Goes By
She strips off her clothes and runs a bath, bringing with her a bottle of gin, a carving knife, and a bowl of Turkish delight.
38. Always In My Life
Her husband comes from beyond the grave to apologise for his behaviour and also for the part he ultimately had in the outcome of her life. She is mortified to see him.
39. Turkish Delight (Reprise)
Surrounded by menacing hallucinations of the people who died at her hand who beat and attack her, feebly she throws Turkish delight at them in vain of banishing them. Goaded and encouraged by her hallucinations, she gruesomely stabs herself in the heart.
